Booking and Payment

Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the service.

Cancellations and refunds will be handled according to our cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellations and Refunds
We aim to provide flexibility; however, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service or no-shows will not be refunded.
